Privacy Policy

You can read every page of this site without giving us any personal information. We receive information in three ways.

• The consultation request form: your name, email address and phone number; the type of matter; the county where the matter is pending or expected and any upcoming hearing or response date, if you provide them; your preferred language and contact method; whether you have a court date or have been served; and an optional brief message.
• Direct contact: whatever you choose to share when you call, email or write to the office, and the contact details you use to do so.
• Technical information: when a page loads, our hosting provider records the requesting IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page and time in server logs, which are used to run and secure the site. Analytics data is described in its own section below.

The form does not ask for, and should not be used to send, confidential details about your case, documents or anything that requires immediate action. Call the office instead.

After a form submission, the site normally sends one confirmation email to the address you entered, in your preferred language, summarizing the type of matter and contact method you chose. It contains no other details.

No confirmation email is sent when the matter selected is a domestic violence or stalking injunction. A message from a law firm in an inbox that someone else can see could put you at risk. The office still receives your request and will contact you by the method you chose. If it is not safe to receive calls or email, say so in the message or call the office directly at 305-270-7477.

The site itself sets no cookies. Your language choice is part of the address you visit, not a stored setting, and nothing is saved in your browser by the site’s own code.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used. When it is active, Google sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that last up to two years and identify your browser on return visits. Analytics records:

• The pages you view, the time of the visit, the site or search engine that referred you, and the type of device and browser you use.
• An approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store the IP address itself.
• Three events: page views, taps on the phone and email links, and successful contact form submissions. The form event records only that a form was sent and the language of the site; it never includes your name, contact details or message.

To opt out, install Google’s browser add-on (opens in a new tab), block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use a content blocker; every page works without analytics. The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. It does not track visitors across other websites, does not use advertising or remarketing tools, and does not sell or share personal information, so the opt-out methods above are the way to limit what is recorded.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type in the form is encrypted between your browser and the server. Form submissions are validated on the server, delivered to the office’s email, and are not stored in any database operated by the site.

Access to inquiries is limited to the attorney and staff who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and ordinary email is not encrypted end to end. Do not send documents or sensitive details by email or through the form; the office will tell you how to share them safely once a consultation is arranged.

This site is intended for adults. The firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact the office and it will be deleted.

Pages link to outside resources such as Florida statutes, The Florida Bar and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which the firm does not control.

This policy may be updated when the site or its providers change. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date, and material changes will be indicated here.
